Shipping Policy

RunwayReady facilitates marketplace sales between private and professional sellers (new and second-hand fashion). Physical shipping uses Shippo labels/rates and affiliated carriers. The seller packs, labels, and hands the parcel to the carrier within the listing timeframe (default 5 business days), unless the listing states otherwise.

1. Times & costs

Costs and estimated times appear on the listing and order confirmation. Maximum EU delivery estimate: 30 days from order acceptance (TRLGDCU Art. 66), unless otherwise agreed.

2. Risk of loss or damage

Until delivery to the consumer, risk remains with the seller except where law provides otherwise. After delivery, risk passes to the buyer. Report damage, loss, or non-delivery to contact@runwayready.ai within 48 hours of delivery (or of the estimated date if undelivered).

3. Optional shipping insurance

Checkout may offer optional shipping insurance (e.g. basic €1.50 or premium €3.50, amounts shown in-app). Cover applies to in-transit loss/damage under the product terms via Shippo/insurer; it does not replace the 14-day withdrawal right or the buyer-protection fee. Without insurance, claims are pursued with the carrier/Shippo and seller to the extent legally possible.

4. Buyer protection vs insurance

The buyer-protection fee (e.g. 2.8% on RunwayReady) funds intermediation, fund holds, and dispute assistance. It is not transit insurance. See checkout notice and SLA.

5. Personal data

Delivery name, address, and phone are shared with Shippo and the carrier solely to fulfil shipping (see Privacy Policy).
