These terms govern use of RunwayReady operated by Runway Ready AI S.L. (CIF B27598499), Calle Faraday 7, Parque Científico de Madrid, 28049 Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain.

1. Service

Digital wardrobe, AI styling suggestions, P2P marketplace, and optional subscriptions.

2. Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for item legality. RunwayReady is a technology intermediary.

3. User content

You warrant rights to uploaded images. You grant us a license to host and AI-process them to provide the service.

4. DSA — Illegal content notice

Report illegal content to legal@runwayready.ai. We respond within a reasonable time and explain decisions. Appeals via the same address.

5. Subscriptions

Auto-renew until cancelled in Billing or Stripe portal.

6. Governing law

Spanish law. Courts of Madrid for consumers resident in Spain where permitted.
