These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the RunwayReady marketing website (the “Site”), operated by RunwayReady AI, S.L.. By using the Site you accept these Terms in full.

2. Object
The Site is an informational landing page describing the RunwayReady product and providing forms to join the closed beta, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact the team. The Site does not sell goods or process payments.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to bypass the Site’s security.
- You will not submit false personal data or impersonate another person.
- You will not use any form, the email addresses, or any other contact mechanism to send unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”).
4. Beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta. Cohorts are selected at our sole discretion. Acceptance is confirmed by a separate email and is subject to the beta-specific terms communicated at that time.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the Site (text, images, code, brand) is owned by RunwayReady or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunwayReady excludes liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish consumer law.
7. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details about the strictly necessary technologies used by the Site.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the moment of your visit is the binding one.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless a different competent court is mandatorily designated by Spanish consumer law.
